Country of Origin: Sri Lanka, Kenya, India, China, and Taiwan
Starting in the 1700s in Italy, due to a botanist's discovery of the fragrant flower and his own personal love story, orange blossoms came to symbolize the ideal of love and marriage, and their popularity grew, particularly in wedding bouquets. This idea spread so much that in Victorian England, orange blossom flowers were imported from Florida strictly for that purpose. It was said at the time that the scent of Orange Blossoms could cause anyone to fall in love.
Well, we aren't a dating service, but if there's one thing we're sure of is that you'll fall in love with this tea. The blend was created using a semi-fermented oolong from Taiwan known for a lively full flavor with hints of berry jam and sweet floral undertones. Food grade orange blossoms are hard to come by, so this blend's flavor is created with a mix of jasmine and natural dried orange in the Orange Blossom Oolong Tea. We also added a bit of black and green tea to spruce things up. Yielding a most beautiful blend and brew.
