The word Chai itself is derived from the Chinese word for tea, chá. Chai Tea often refers to a mix of tea, herbs and spices that creates an aromatic brew. Our blend is no exception, a dance of bold spices in which the cinnamon sets the pace and then the ginger, clove and cardomom take over. Masala Chai is a classic style of black tea blended with traditional spices native to South and Southeast Asia.
